I have to explain how i became fuzzy.when i was in highschool,i tried to comb my hair back to look like everybody else,no matter how much brillcream i used,it still sprung up.in my sophmore year after wrestling practice,i forgot my comb and my homeroom teacher saw my hair and said she liked it kinda wild.hence,the fro was seeded.it wasn't always fun having an afro in 1971.i was teased and hasseled by kids and adults alike.funny though, the few black kids i knew ,always complimented me on how good it looked.i was excepted by the hippie culture right away.
